Welcome!

The Tennessee Daughters welcome you to our web site and hope you will linger a while with us to discover all the wonderful facets of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Since its inception 120 years ago, the Daughters of the American Revolution has evolved into a dynamic group of ladies still maintaining the objectives our founding mothers set in place. Historic preservation, education, and patriotic endeavors are reflected by our Tennessee Daughters' enthusiasm and continued celebration of what it means to be an American. Mrs. Eldred Martin Yochim, President General 1989-1992, said the Centennial Administration sought to inspire the members "to make a lasting difference." She explained: "Within our Society, we have the creative talent, the organizational resources, and above all the commitment to expand and extend our service to 'God, Home, and Country'." The DAR offers many areas in which to serve and make a difference. Come join us and make DAR friends that last a lifetime.
