Many local organizations decorate Christmas trees for public viewing at a
local bank. The State Regent's theme : "Hands of Friendship, Hands of
Service - Working Together, Making a Difference" was the idea for
decorating the tree. The theme is printed on each of the ovals hanging on
the tree and on the streamers.
