18th Annual Constitution Week Bell Ringing

The 18th Annual Constitution Week Bell Ringing will be held Sunday, September 15, 2019, on the grounds of the Tennessee State Capitol at 2 pm near the Liberty Bell Replica. Chairman Jane G. Dugger says, “Please come on September 15th to hear an inspirational American story. I am thrilled to announce that Mr. Fred Bailey, Founder of Children are People, Inc., has agreed to be the keynote speaker”

Virginia Bean is chairing a pre-program luncheon again. The Hermitage Hotel’s Capitol Grille will reserve a limited number of seats for 11:30 am.

To make a reservation, mail a check for $35, payable to Rachel Stockley Donelson DAR, to Virginia R. Bean, 124 March Place, Mt.Juliet, TN 37122. The check must be mailed by September 6, 2019.

Include your contact information if you want confirmation and a list of attendees’ names if you are making more than one reservation.
