Banner Procession

Detailed information and instructions were provided to all Chapter Regents on April 11 via email from Banner Liaison Meegan Burton.  Please refer to the document for full instructions.  Banners should be dropped off in the Morgan Room from 9 AM to 2PM on Friday.  You will only be permitted to leave the banner on your flag pole.  All cases, stands, bags, etc. must be retained by your chapter and will not be stored for you.  Please make sure your flag is in proper, secure, working order before dropping it off.  All banners MUST be picked up immediately following the close of the Saturday afternoon business session

Whether you are a first-time attendee or a Conference veteran, you will find a wealth of information in our Practical Guide to help you pack your suitcase, breeze through registration, plan your time, and brush up on your protocol.  Do not forget your white gloves for our TSDAR Opening Night Reception and pack a sweater or wrap if you get cold easily.  Comfortable shoes are essential as you will have an opportunity to get plenty of steps in over the weekend!

I look forward to seeing you next week at the Franklin Cool Springs Marriott!
