This year, the National Commemorative Events Committee has changed how to submit commemorative events reports for judging. These changes take effect this year and must be followed in order for chapters to be considered for awards at all levels. Here are the changes –
- All reports will be submitted as 1 PDF document
- Each event has a 10 page limit (including the report submission form)
- Reports must be submitted electronically to State Chair for judging (no paper submissions are accepted)

The goal of this new submission process is to hopefully make the process easier and more streamlined for everyone involved (and a bonus of no more clear folders!). I wanted to make you aware of an opportunity to participate in a Commemorative Event for the 250th Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. The Boston Tea Party Ships and Museums is inviting everyone to send in loose-leaf tea (no tea bags) to be used during the reenactment of the Boston Tea Party on December 16, 2023. Be sure to include your name or chapter name and mailing address as each donation will receive a certificate of participation!
