Mrs. Keith was one of 14 charter members. Mrs. James B. Frazier, the past regent of the Chickamauga Chapter, NSDAR, located in Chattanooga, Tennesee, was the sponsor of the chapter since it was at her request that the Organizing Regent, Mrs. Lousie Keith, be appointed.
