She holds full DAR membership, and when qualified, may serve as an officer and chairman at the chapter, state, and national&nbsp;levels. Junior Members are encouraged to learn and to lead in support of DAR objectives. Our chapter understands time and family constraints, and we make every effort to accommodate these young women.&nbsp;<strong>That is one reason we hold our monthly meetings on Thursday evenings!&nbsp;<\/strong>We support Junior membership by encouraging active participation within all levels of the organization, including as chapter officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-5da83806 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"40\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tndar.org\/~sarahpolk\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/Outstanding-Junior-Context.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-403\" style=\"width:368px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Established in 1963, the&nbsp;Outstanding Junior Member Contest&nbsp;honors young women, ages 18-35, who promote the mission of DAR &#8211;
